Our goal is to help you in every way we can to be wildly successful!

We are providing you with downloadable pdf forms that you are invited to use.  Simply click on the file names to open the pdf file on your computer and print them off.  If you have any trouble downloading the files, Click Here and we will e-mail them to you immediately.

Volunteer Order Form - Please print off as many copies of this form as you have volunteers.  We recommend providing each volunteer with at least 5 printed pages, to start with.

Pricing Matrix - For your convenience, we have created a "cheat sheet" for your volunteers with all the multiple pricing for books, audio book, full sets of books and full sets of audio books.  Our goal is to make their life EASY!  We recommend providing each volunteer with one copy that they can use to easily price out each order.

Credit Card Form- For your convenience, we can process all major credit cards for your customers (MC/Visa/Amex/Discover).  Please print off at least a couple of these sheets for each volunteer.  We have learned that most consumers will purchase more gifts for friends and family if they are able to use their credit card.

Combined order sheet - When you are ready on the 1st and on the 15th to place your orders, we have provided you with a combined order sheet for your convenience.  We recommend combining all of your volunteer's individual order sheets together into a series of combined order sheets just so you can confirm that the total number of books/audio books your volunteers ordered, matches what you came up with before you place your order. In addition, you will also notice that on the combined order form, we have provided you with the 20% discounted pricing with each item listed.  This will make it easier for you to determine what your total amount due is, before you send in your order to us.
